INJECTION AERATORS
for aeration, circulation, destratification and oxygenation This injectors are one of the best and most advanced
aeration systems worldwide, and also suitable for large ponds. They work with an for
endurance run produced, maintenance free, adjustable, submerged (also seawater resistant),
motor in different power sizes (0.37-1.50 kw (0.5-2.0 HP) 230 or 380 V/50 Hz). The rotating
propeller (2850 r.p.m.) produces an adjustable current, through which air drawn from the
surface and formed into fine evenly distributed bubbles. The diffused air aerate from the
bottom up and the circulation created from the fine bubbles displaces the surrounding
water, thus breaking up stratified water areas. This constant surge forces the pond to
turn over, bringing cooler bottom water to the surface, where it picks up additional
oxygen from the atmosphere. Therefore the dissolved oxygen is always as high as possible.
Through the eutrophication process (of faces and feeds) there is usually oxygen deficit
at depth, therefore this system works to an adjustable depth and introduces the oxygen
where it is needed, not only on the surface. If submerged, pure oxygen instead of air can
be introduced with exact dosage. Long contact time of the fine bubbles in the water,
ensures also this system is very effective. Depending on power and depth, the air flow
rate is up to 40 m3/kw/h and the oxygen introduction up to 1 kg/kw/h. At an oxygen
content of 6 mg O2/l at beginning, one 1.0 HP unit in use with air, introduce over 0.32 kg
O2/h which is the oxygen demand for over 2600 kg (table sized 250 g) trout's at a water
temperature of 10 °C, for approx. 1000 kg at 20 °C or up to 3000 kg of other species. |
INJECTORS without
further energy consumption This "ECO" injector is a new developed static aerator for the water inlet pipe (1 ") in tanks, raceways and small ponds, that works hydraulically and has no moving parts. It is designed to ensure cost-effective use of any viable water source. For degassing, aeration, oxygenation and dosing with chemicals (thereby avoiding the slightest wastage and maximizing efficiency). In enriching the water with air or pure oxygen, this aerator can create good circulation with a lesser amount of water than is usually supplied, with consequent energy savings. It works hydraulically (from 0.2 bar and 0.4 l/sec. on) exploiting the act the water passing through it at high speed (achieved by means of suitable flow rates and pressures with the special 3 interchangeable nozzles (for approx. 30, 50 or 100 liter/minute) and creates a great pressure drop and consequently a tremendous suction capacity, without introducing additional energy. If no pressure is available, this injector can be connected to a pump. |
PROPELLER AERATORS with water conveyer This propeller aerator was specially developed for intensive production of fish in tanks, raceways and ponds. The maintenance free, heavy duty, motor (230 or 380 Volt) with low power consumption (0,18-1,00 kw) has a mounted propeller which allows a high water circulation of up to 50-180 m3/h (splash height 60-90 cm and splash diameter 160-250 cm). It allows an oxygen transfer rate of up to 1.25 kg/kw/h or at an oxygen content of 6 mg O2/l at beginning approx. 0.4 kg/kw/h. The small float size (70 x 70 cm) as well as the compact and lightweight system (26-30 kg) make it fast and easy to install. As accessories a stainless steel protection basket (with 4 or 12 mm grating) is available, which save smaller fish for injuries. The following types are available as standard:
|
AERATOR PUMPS with fountain spray pattern This "Spray" aerator pump with 10-25 m cable is specially suitable for ponds and introduce a lot of oxygen into the water. If the self floating pump is connected with the spray nozzle it becomes an aerator with fountain spray pattern. If the supplied nozzle is changed to the supplied pipe adaptor it can be used as a floating pump for irrigation. The change of these two functions doesn't need any tool. They have a very reasonable price and are easy to install, either floating on the water surface or submerged to depth (with an anchor stone).
The following types are available:

PADDLEWHEEL AERATORS for intensive production This paddlewheel aerators widely used all over the world, special in intensive ponds and raceways. They are available with 2-6 paddle wheels, in different power ratings from 0.5 to 2.2 kw (for 220 or 380 Volt/50 Hz) and have (depending on quantity of paddle-wheels) a wide of 1,2 or 2,1 or 2,7 m, a length of 1,6 and a height of 0,9 m approximately, and a weight of 80-120 kg. It allows an oxygen transfer rate of up to 1.5 kg/kw/h or at an oxygen content of 6 mg O2/l at beginning approx. 0.5 kg/kw/h. Wheel and frame are made of steel, the paddles from special plastic material and the H-formed floats from thick UV- and ozone resistant plastic. |
PADDLEWHEEL SYSTEMS for effective oxygen introduction Aeration and/or oxygenation
is specially of economic importance in intensive farms. At this completely new developed
systems all possible failures and defects of other known products have been removed. The
systems have been tested under hardest conditions and have a very high
efficiency, with
the same time low investment and operation costs. There are no bearings of the wheel
(100-130 r.p.m) necessary and also no couplings and discs, this reduce friction lost and
increase the efficiency and also reduce the possible parts which could become
defect with
time. A very long self live and high efficiency is also guaranteed through the
worm-gearing. The motor is specially sealed against moisture. Paddles, wheel and frame are
made of stainless steel, the T-formed floats from thick UV- and ozone resistant material. |
RUBBER DIFFUSER with stainless steel frame This professional, extremely durable and effective
diffusers are suitable for the live fish transport and for emergency purposes with pure
oxygen. The approx. 1000 pores/meter arranged in 6 rows, of the special oxygen hose open
only if oxygen is supplied and close again if the supply stops. Thus, pore blockage is
prevented and the diffuser is always ready to operate. An uniform bubble size due to the
straight hose mounting in a stainless steel frame are main features of this
professional
diffusers. The sturdy hose connection has 6 mm diameter as standard (and is also available
in 9 mm if preferred). The following sizes are available as standard:
|
CERAMIC PLATE DIFFUSERS for micro bubbles This diffusers are robust engineered products with high performance. The ceramic plate has been designed to be strong and thick (approx. 10 mm) which gives a very small bubble size and are used where a small high rate diffuser with a high oxygen transfer efficiency is required. The small pore size of the ceramic plate produces a cloud of tiny gas bubbles (100-400 microns) in the water to reach an oxygen saturation of over 120 %. The gas (oxygen or ozone) flow is optimally up to 1-2 and maximally up to 2-8 l/min, depending on pressure, bus as lower the flow as smaller the bubbles and as higher the efficiency. Efficiency also depends on installation water depth and can be up to 90 %. The working gas pressure is 1.5-2.5 bar and should not be over 3.0 bar as it may result in damage to the diffuser. The ceramic flat plate diffusers are available with blue aluminum or plastic housing (height 25 mm) in different sizes, have 4 mounting holes and a threaded inlet with adapter (6-8 mm) to connect the pressure hose.
The two larger diffusers consist of 2 smaller plates! |
CERAMIC PIPE DIFFUSERS for professional aeration The fine
pored ceramic
tubes allow to diffuse the air in fine bubbles. The diffusers should be installed in the
same depth, but as deep as possible below the water surface. The floating cross diffuser
is placed on the water surface in the center of the tank or pond and fixed with a rope to
the shore so that it can move a little and aerate a larger area. |
GAS DIFFUSERS with high performance This is among the most robust and versatile fine bubble diffusers commercially available. The diffuser has the capacity to pass large quantities of air, oxygen or carbon dioxide with low pressure drop and small bubble size (approx. 1-4 mm). Fine bubble diffusion is inherently more effective than coarse bubble diffusers in providing a greater mixing action and aeration efficiency. The diffusers are of a tubular semi-flexible construction (32 mm in diameter). An outer polyester sleeve encases a silica particle ballast and an inner nylon distributor. The internal ballast is not fused together, therefore precipitates such as iron and carbonates tend to crack off, and can be flushed out easily. The internal ballast (weight approx. 1.5 kg/m) means that the diffuser does not need to be anchored to the floor of the tank. The unique design of the diffusers makes them largely resistant to biological and chemical fouling. The diffuser resolves many of the problems associated with other diffusers and has proven itself with over 10 years of use in many industrial and waste water treatment applications and it is the leading air diffuser for aquaculture. This gas diffuser is a hybrid air diffuser with the benefits of both tubular membrane and solid air diffusers, but with few of the disadvantages. The diffusers are sized (up to 3 m in length or longer with extension parts) according to the flow (m3/h) of air to be used. Length is approx. 33 cm per m3/h air or liter oxygen/min flow rate and pressure drop is approx. 200 mbar (<3 psi). All diffusers are supplied with 1/4" to 1/2" hose tails in acetyl plastic. |
MEMBRANE COMPRESSORS
for Direct Current This simple membrane diaphragm compressors supply oil-free air and are perfectly suitable for live fish transports, where the required energy (12 V/DC) can be supplied by a battery i.e. from the car or truck. As accessories 6 mm hoses and various diffusers are available. The following sizes are available as standard:

SIDE-CHANNEL
BLOWERS for water aeration or delivery The design of these blowers is based on long experience in blower production. The motor (standard 380 Volt/50 Hz, 2850 RPM) is made for endurance and is offered in different power sizes. The flow capacity based on air at 981 mbar and 20 °C (at the inlet connection) ranges from 110-300 m3/h. Because of the small dimensions and compact construction, as well as the low noise level (45-48 dB), these blowers can be placed almost anywhere. The blowers can be installed singly, in parallel, or in rows for an increase in pressure. On request the blowers can be produced for us in seawater, or for other voltages and frequencies. Air filters, pressure valves and support stands are available as accessories. The following blowers are available:
The typical emerged blowers (type V) are installed only on the land, but at
almost any location. An advantage in recirculation systems is that the heat
in the air of a room can be used to heat the water. |
REGENERATIVE BLOWERS
for pressure or vacuum generation This reliable and favorable blowers summarize modern know-how of pressure and vacuum generation, based on longtime experiences. The motor is constructed for endurance run is available in various power sizes. Concerning the compact dimensions and the low sound this blowers are easy and everywhere to install. Lateral channel blowers work regenerative. Casing and impeller with radial blades form a circular body. The medium (air) is accelerated by centrifugal force in the blade channels, stocked and compressed. This process continues permanently with continually increasing pressure rising until the medium leaves the casing through the outlet connection. Because of the special principle of construction and design, there is no contact between rotating parts. The machines are delivered as mono stage (M) or double stage (D) blowers with single (S) or twin (T) impeller. As accessories air filters, sound absorbers and security valves are available. Types with the following performance data* are available as standard:
*Performance data at pressure operation 50 Hz (= 2900 RPM), for air at 20 °C, pressure 1013 mbar, tolerance +/- 10 %. |
OXYGEN GENERATOR
SYSTEMS for intensive aquaculture In recent years, fish farming has turned into high density farming
practice and pure oxygen is essential in modern aquaculture. Several studies have
shown adding dissolved oxygen into water on fish farms has a very positive
effect on growth rates, feed conversion and mortality rates, all factors that will affect
the profitability significantly. On-site oxygen generators allow an uninterrupted supply
of gas with a high purity output (adjustable 85-95 %, outlet pressure 4 bar). This means
that you can produce gas where and when you need it, and in the exact quantity and quality
you need, to reach gas self-sufficiency and independence from external gas
suppliers. This oxygen generators are known as reliable, easy to use and low
operational cost. They save energy and money as supply of oxygen cylinders or rent of
liquid oxygen tanks becomes irrelevant. The average oxygen production cost are about 1,1
kwh per cubic meter of oxygen. An oxygen generator combined with cylinder gives the
highest level of backup in comparison with cylinders it gives overall cost reduction up to
80 %. We use only high quality components and all systems are designed for 24 hours, 365
days a years operation. They are easy to operate and require minimum amount of
maintenance and service. The following models are available as standard:
The stated
flows in m3/hour are for operation with reference to 15°C, 981 mbar, inlet pressure 7
bar, flow variance ±5%, oxygen purity 90 %, purity variance ±1%. |
