Floating frames

A floating frame refers to a frame floating on the water, which consists of one or more floats or pontoons. Floating frames are usually used in stagnant water (lake, pond, reservoir) and can be used regardless of the water level. Usually, the floating frame in the water serves as a border for sport activities (floating enclosure) or as a facility for fish production (floating cage). Floating frames are occasionally used for other purposes, such as a plant collector or oil barrier, etc.

Floating enclosures

A floating enclosure is a frame that floats on the water and is used for watersport in a water body. The floating field usually contains no net (swimming field), except for non-swimmers (children swimming field) or for goals (water polo field). In swimming enclosures usually only a single enclosure is used, but this can also be attached to a swimming platform.

Floating netcages

A floating cage is a frame that floats on the water and is used for aquaculture in a water body. The floating cage always contains a net (net cage), which is used for the production of fishes (fish cage). In floating cages usually several single cages are used, these can be attached to each other individually or in pairs.
